Terms and Conditions

These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. 

• Minimum 7 days notice will be necessary for all items as they are all freshly made to order, just for you.
• Please place your orders through Stephanie by phone or email. **Note: Your order is NOT confirmed unless you have heard back from me. 
• Cash and Venmo are the only available payment types I accept at this point. 
• All cookie orders are in multiples of six. 
• I do not offer specialty decorated or character cakes. While they are beautiful and delicious, I am not set up for the artistic needs of these cakes.
• I will do my best to accommodate flavor requests! If you see a flavor that is not listed, please reach out and lets chat.
• Orders over $100.00 will require half down at the time the order is placed to secure your delivery date.
• Stephoney's Bakery does not provide any cookie or treat displays. All products will be boxed in food grade packaging. It will be the customers responsibility to arrange any displays that are desired.
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated.
